Performance issue with iPad on scroll

Hi everyone,

I have a problem on this page http://www.montresandco.com/catalog/products
The website is built with foundation v4 & use some JavaScripts components.

When a user scroll with an iPad (retina display), there is a big latency. Its very difficult to browse products.
No problem on the nexus 7.

I try to work with fastclick.js but this library is for click, not scroll.

I have try to remove all the JavaScript files.
If i keep foundation.js (without all other components) the scroll is laggy.
If i remove the file the lag disapear.

Any idea ?

Thank in advance,

We haven't heard of this before. What mobile browser are you experiencing this on?
Fastclick conflicts with scrolling on mobile chrome, you might try removing that and seeing.

The browser is safari mobile.

I have no problem on Google chrome & android devices.

-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;

flexbox over 5 years ago

Thank you Alexander

I have try it but it doesn't works.

After more investigation i have found that the problem come from the events touchstart & touchend in javascript.

Have you tried with other iPad models or browsers? It maybe an issue of device compatibility.
