gitBash - gem/foundation: command not found

Hello

First of all: sorry form my poor english (answer in German is welcome too ;-)
Im relativ new in Framework Git Foundation SASS and all this stuff. Im HTML/CSS Design not coder or sytem installer..

I have checkt the forum and Google but not found an answer to my Problem.
I Work on Win 8.
I have successfully installed Ruby, Git, NodeJS as described here. http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/sass.html
All programs are installed in c:/webdev/

npm install -g bower grunt-cli
-> with Git Bash Tool was succesfull

gem install foundation
-> with Git Bash Tool makes Error: sh.exe“: gem: command not found
-> with Ruby Command was succesfull

Going to path cd …..

foundation new project_name --libsass
-> with Git Bash Tool makes Error: sh.exe“: foundation: command not found
-> with Ruby Command makes Error: Can’t find git …

No changes after Installing rubygems-2.2.2

Anyone can help a dummy?

Hello

After Updating Win8 to Win8.1 everything worked fine. But only with Ruby. Maybe also because i've found a tutorial to use foundation without Git and NodeJS ;-). Will see if this works fine. And if not hope on Win8.1 Git and NodeJS will work too...
