Partials not working with Codekit or CLI in Foundation 6

I've been using foundation for a while in projects but I've recently tried to use if for quick prototyping and I'm running into a problem with partials.

I have included my own _custom.scss file in the SCSS folder and then adding it as the last entry in the app.scss file, under foundation includes, using

@import custom;

Both gulp and Codekit's F6 Basic template return the error

Error: @import directive requires a url or quoted path

As this is in the normal folder I'd assume that this would be included in the app complication?

Am I missing something obvious?

Looks like you might just need to add some quotes around the word "custom".

@import "custom";
