Error creating web app with + handlebar

I've got foundation updated, when launching on windows "Foundation new"
Got this error after selecting web app with handlebars

npm ERR! git rev-list -n1 4.0: fatal: ambiguous argument '4.0': unknown revision

It can be a problem with gulp package?
Got the same error if I launch npm install -g "gulpjs/gulp-cli#4.0"

Have just started having the same issue on my system when running `foundation new` and selecting 'A website', only happens when I use the ZURB stack template though and is fine with just the basic template.

I am assuming this is due to a change on the git repository for the ZURB stack?

Lee,
If you install gulp globally
npm install -g gulp-install

and in the package.json delete de row
    "gulp-cli": "gulpjs/gulp-cli#4.0",

it should work until they fix it

Thanks Lago,

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to have made a difference! :(

Does that workaround work for you?

Hi !,

I tried with the manual install and got the same issue.

I make it works by removing this line :

"gulp-cli": "gulpjs/gulp-cli#4.0",

inside de package.json
then run

npm install gulp-cli --save-dev

then npm install

and

bower install

If after running the above you get a "Cannot read property 'apply' of undefined" error when you run gulp in your project, you may need to re-install gulp-cli from the master branch globally

sudo npm install -g "gulp/gulp-cli"
