Non-Responsive Firefox Foundation for Emails 2.1.0

Hey Guys,

I just noticed this and I can't quite determine if it's actually a bug or not. I created an HTML email (see this link).

However, I noticed on the formum that several people were saying the templates and their own responsive emails weren't responsive in Firefox.  I downloaded the templates and tested my own template (above) and can confirm that Firefox is not responsive on Desktop.  If someone clicks view in browser (as someone suggested) while being on Firefox Desktop it is true the site is not responsive. But if the user is own a desktop does that really matter? One would assume (maybe incorrectly) that they are using the full width of the screen to view the email.

However, if you are on an android phone and use FireFox, and click on the view in browser link you do get the responsive version and it works just fine.

Things don't usually work this well so I'd love for you to confirm this.

I did a bit of researching on this topic and found a SO answer here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15359852/responsive-layout-not-resizing-in-firefox

Unfortunately this doesn't solve the problem and not sure how it affects other email clients.

Then I found this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=975632

It suggests the max-width was not respected in FF 45 and older. But it says this was resolved in FF46. So I updated.

It seems to be responsive now!

Can you confirm?

Rafi,

I updated to the newer version. I believe I was on 45.1. and upgraded to version 46. I tried my template again in the new versioon and all the responsive goodness is there.  Browsers are so odd sometimes. Thanks the help!
