Dynamic colour schemes

Hi there,

I would like to create multiple "brand" themes using Foundation 6 and SASS.

I have a database that contains things like background colour, font colour and so on. I would like to get these database values into the GULP build process, set variables and produce independent css style sheets.

One code base = multiple colour schemes

Currently i have a restful API to display the brand colour theme information. A gulp process gets the information and then builds multiple style sheets using the following NPM module:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/gulp-preprocess

Is there a better way of doing this?

Thanks,

That sounds like it would work well. Is it something you've tried?

We had thought about this where the variables can be stored in json file then uploaded to the project.

This would be especially helpful if you had a website on Foundation, then the matching variables could be stored in a json file that allowed you to upload to a new email project that has matching variables.
