Node modules not installed

I installed Node & Git
Then i installed foundation With npm
Then i tried to create new project, This happened:

@Amin Ebrahimi as it says, it can not find package.json in folder so I will start there.

@Amin Ebrahimi I abandoned developing on windows long time ago so not much I can help you with Win, sorry.
What is in "c:\Users\Amin\" folder and is there package.json file?

There is "node_modules" file in the directory...

Yes, but can you locate package.json? package.json serves as documentation for what packages your project depends on, and without that file you can't even start npm install.
