Modernizr not included in the bower_components folder

Using the Foundation CLI I installed a ZURB Template Starter Project. Modernizr was not included in the bower_components folder. When I downloaded the template directly at https://github.com/zurb/foundation-zurb-template/archive/master.zip Modernizr is included in the bower_components folder.

Is this an oversight in the Foundation CLI process or is there a reason for Modernizr to not be included?

Thanks for the clarificaiton

We aren't using any of the Modernizr feature detects anymore. Any we needed are now built into the core JS. I'm not seeing where you saw it included? Can you share where you found it?

Thanks for the response Rafi. When I went to look I realized it was an installation of Foundation 5. I just got mixed up.

The one feature detect that I was interested in was using a fallback png (https://zurb.com/expo/lessons/using-svg-without-hacks)

From the looks of http://caniuse.com/#search=svg I guess that's no longer necessary for basic svg images.

Cheers!
