Foundation watch error.

Yesterday everything worked fine. When I run the command line ' foundation watch ' it gives me this error.

'gulp' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If i make a new project with the new CLI there are no problems but it does give me errors the next day.

Verify that all of your packages are installed by running npm install. If that doesn't work, try installing Gulp itself manually: npm install gulp --save-dev

Hello Geoff,

Thanks for responding. I have installed them. The foundation client is also up to date. I got Gulp globally and locally. But why does it work fine at the beginning when i used to set up a new project with 'foundation new'.

Whenever i run 'foundation watch' after installing gulp manually it still gives the same error.
