Equalizer Issue IE9

I'm having some issues getting Equalizer to work with IE9.

The HTML listed below works as expected within IE10 and Chrome. However, in IE9 the height equalisation only occurs when I open the developer tools. Otherwise the resize doesn't take place.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions where I can look to correct this?

Thanks.

<div class="row" data-equalizer>
    <div class="large-6 columns button-pad-left">
        <a href="#" class="link-button ims-button" data-equalizer-watch>new documents</a>
    </div>
    <div class="large-6 columns button-pad-right">
        <a href="#" class="link-button ims-button" data-equalizer-watch>change request</a>
    </div>
</div>

<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/foundation.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/foundation.equalizer.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).foundation();
</script>
</body>

Is this still an issue? We've tested in IE9 and i'm not seeing this as a problem. If it's still an issue we'd love an issue opened on Github :)
