where is normalize.css used?

Hi! I realize that with foundation is also shipped normalize.css, but even with an automated search I can't find any place where it's used/imported. So why is it there? Or, how is it used?

I see that is meant to be included in HEAD before foundation.css. Should I include it even while using scss version?

Normalize.css is included in the css folder on the css download and in bower-components folder/foundation/css folder for SCSS. It is optional, but recommended to start your pages off exactly the same.

It used to be used, but was later removed as optional. We leave it there if you want to add it to your css, but it's not a dependancy.
