You might get more help on this from the metaslider support channel. I don't think this is Foundation related - https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ml-slider

This is my wordpress footer code. on site i use meta slider plugin but this does not work.

I'm not sure that this has anything to do with Foundation. I would check that slider plugin's documentation to make sure it's being initialized properly and that the file paths are right.
