How to style .top-bar at medium-range?

Default the .top-bar menu toggles at $small-range ... where the 'hamburger' appears.

At http://www.misterdutch.nl/new I've set the toggle at $medium-range:

$topbar-media-query: "only screen and (min-width: #{upper-bound($medium-range)})";

... but after clicking the 'hamburger' the menu hasn't the default styling ... as within $small-range. Can I tweak the _settings.scss to copy the styling from small to medium? That would be obvious to me. Or do I have to make a special adaptation in my own style.scss?

Stupid me ... I styled the nav in WIDE, I thought ...

/* to center nav */
nav.top-bar {
text-align: center;
}
section.top-bar-section {
display: inline-block;
}

... but it was put in NARROW ... :|
