FE framework comparison

i'm evaluating a few different frameworks and wonder if others here could give me some advice?

- my use is for a mainly mobile web site, but should also work with phonegap.
- its for a game/site so it doesn't need to look like a "native" app.

it seems bootstrap doesn't provide mobile looking animations, or page transitions, but that isn't such a strength of Foundation either.

other more mobile focused FEs like ionicui or topcoat, onsenui seem more minimal as CSS frameworks, but have better support for mobile transitions?

Foundation requires full JQuery so maybe a bit heavy for mobile sites?
More work required to use angular.js tho there is
https://github.com/madmimi/angular-foundation/tree/master

what other pros and cons can people point to regarding bootstrap, ionicui and other FE frameworks compared to Foundation?

Using the custom download you can make Foundation light as any other. http://zurb.us/1i4mND3

Also you can individually load JS components to even further lighten it.

<!-- individually loaded JS example -->
<script src="/js/foundation.js"></script>
<script src="/js/foundation.alert.js"></script>
<script src="/js/foundation.dropdown.js"></script>
<script src="/js/foundation.tab.js"></script>

If you are purely going to create a mobile site, I'd recommend using jQuery Mobile.

http://jquerymobile.com/

It's a very good mobile only framework.
