We have 6 images in a row but the 4th image needs to align bottom, please guide us in image alignment

are you using the default foundation? it seems that the version you have supports 11 columns in a row as opposed to 12 columns. if you are using the default foundation css and js files then I recommend you download the package once again and update the files.
if you intend to use 11-column grid then change the image size of the 4th image which is in a single column to a width and height ratio of 90X185. eg: you could use 200X411 or 300X617. maintaining this ratio would keep all the images aligned. Let me know if this helps.
You can use a block grid to handle these images. Assuming you are using a 12 columns default grid, 6 will fit just fine for thumbnails.
