Hi there, I'm new to foundation so I was wondering if someone could take a look at my site and let me know how I can make it look better responsively. I appreciate it so much!!

The text is a bit tight on all resolutions, no? http://d.pr/i/zQSd There should be much more natural line-height there ...
This is what it looks like on smaller screens: http://d.pr/i/u2gI ... You should be looking into the foundation grid to make this wrap properly on smaller screens:
Sorry, did you even try it on a mobile device? http://d.pr/i/xBwX You will see there are problems with both menus, some cut off content, and also some text that is locked to a width. Basically you should be looking into the grid (as linked above), and the top-bar and navigation modules, which make the menus more responsive.
Looks good on large-screen and up ...
I agree with a lot of what Karl said, in that you might wish to rethink some of the grid structure, since it's getting a bit wonky on smaller screens.
Also, as a side note, you might wish to check out Forrst. It's a design (and code) community that specializes in giving feedback and it has a much more visual feel than the Foundation Forum.
