Using Top Bar Inside a Column

If I insert the Top-Bar inside a column, do I need to apply the class of "contain-to-grid"? I'm using Top-Bar in the center column of a 3 column row.

You do NOT need to use this class. It just has some css tied to it. # columns is awfully small. It would difficult to place li elements inside it.

Hi Rafi. Thanks for responding. I have a row with 2, 8, 2 configuration, with the top-bar residing within the 8. Works perfect. Goal is to have a very simple clean menu and clearly Top-bar has way more power under the hood than perhaps I need for this project. However, I thought it better to try and learn how to incorporate Top-bar into MODx and utilize the existing js rather than bringing in another 3rd party navigation menu.

Now on to styling a little transparency with the drop menus.
