'Off-Canvas' Walker for WP

I am looking for a WordPress walker for an 'off-canvas' menu. I have no problems with getting top-bar to look OK. But I am unable to get a clean looking off-canvas menu in Wordpress. Any ideas?

But really, nobody else has much interest in this topic? No PHP genius that can make a similar walker for wp_list_pages? I dare someone. Please?
