Adjusting Media Queries for iPad

Hi, this is my first time posting here, so please bare with me. So, essentially I wanted to edit the media queries so that:
(1) In Landscape the sidebar is on left/right
(2) In Portrait, the sidebar goes below content (like on phones).

So here are the edits I made to _settings.scss

$small-range: (0em, 48em);
$medium-range: (48.063em, 64em);
$large-range: (64.063em, 90em);
$xlarge-range: (90.063em, 120em);
$xxlarge-range: (120.063em);

I also had to change the viewport

It is working now, and seems to make sense to me. Does anybody else wonder why Zurb wouldn't have the breakpoints here by default? Are there any major issues with my changes?
