top-bar nav element has wrong height

The nav element of the top-bar has a wrong height for sub-items if the top bar was hidden during page load. To reproduce go to [deleted] with the browser window wider than 660px. Now shrink the page until the top bar appears. Open it, then choose Online Catalogue. The last entry you see is "Ukuleles". It should be "special", as can be seen if you reload the page. This behavior is consistent throughout the whole top-bar.

The cause is the nav element being 371px high in the first case. It should be 404px high as in the second case.

This applies to foundation 5.0.2 at least on current Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE (desktop).

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this a bug?

Edit: example URL deleted since no longer using top-bar.

This seems to be a bug. It only appears if the top-bar is wrapped in a
