Foundation 3 to 5 Reveal No Longer Works On Form Submit

Hi everybody! Jon has emailed us a question about reveal modals. Let's see how we can help! Thanks!

In Foundation 3 I had a search form which when the submit button was clicked launched a reveal modal until the browser moved to the next page.

I had...

    <input type="submit" class="button radius success expand sb nomargin" value="Get Prices" id="search">

.. as my form button and the ID of my modal was #wait

Then I used..

<script type="text/javascript">
  $(document).ready(function() {
    $("#search").click(function() {
      $("#wait").reveal();
    });
  });
</script>

All worked fine until I switched to Foundation 5. Does anyone know of any reason this method would not work with Foundation 5?

Have you tried using
Javascript
$("#wait").foundation('reveal', 'open');

Just my first thought.
