I have also run into this issue.
If you look in your scss dir -> foundation -> components, you'll find the mixins, which also contains documentation for them, including syntax and proper usage.

I tested out your page. The way to fix it is by removing the class 'off-canvas-wrap' from the body tag, and wrapping your existing 'inner-wrap' div with a div.off-canvas-wrap.

<div class="off-canvas-wrap">
    <div class="inner-wrap">
        ...
    </div>
</div>
