I agree.

I think it would be hard to debate that Foundation has more intrinsic UI elements. I almost wonder if it's lack of familiarity with Foundation, or the author is basing this on community additions (which certainly would be misleading the way it's written).

Re: Collaboration, I agree as well. I felt like that point was accidentally placed on the wrong side of the infographic.

To me, the more standardized the foundation (lowercase "f", as in, what you're building up from), the easier for team members to be on the same page. The more proprietary the design, the larger the learning curve for collaboration, or "getting everyone on the same page". When I read that I felt a little naive as it caused me to think "I've probably been doing something wrong all these years" .

Re: em's, that was a typo, they did in fact note rem's.
