ordbit est déprécié, il faut utiliser slick maintenant : http://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/

DEPRECATION NOTICE:

Orbit has been deprecated, meaning that it is no longer supported. There's no need to worry though as we decided to leave it in Foundation if you choose to continue using it. We explain it here.

There are other great options if you need an image slider. A lot of them have features based on Orbit and may have added one ot two more features.

This image slider is really slick: Slick Carousel. It has all the features Orbit has and can also be used as a carousel for single image sliding. It's easy to set up and is well supported.

Yep ! The problem is coming from the .display: inline-block;

This working for medium up but not small screen (mobile view).

Solution is quite simple. At the base, the css of the class.top-bar-section is display: block but you change it to .display: inline-block; for center the text.

To solve the problem you just have to remove the .display: inline-block; fo small screen.

This is a live exemple : http://jsfiddle.net/gRtrX/96/ and the code :

The css if you use directly the css :

nav.top-bar {
    text-align:center;
}
section.top-bar-section {
    display: inline-block;
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 40em) {
  section.top-bar-section {
    display: block;
  }
}

But if you use .scss i made you the code :

@media #{$small-only} {

  section.top-bar-section {
      display: block;
  }

}
