Hi sophia, you can set two menu links to get different links arrangement for your menu, simply use media size display (visibility) example your 1st set of menu MEDIUM/LARGE SCREEN-class (show-for-medium-up) and the 2nd set of menu SMALL SCREEN-class (show-for-small-only)

you may double check your foundation.css and foundation.min.css also just to verified proper media queries, i also got an error to this when i used F5.2.1 on IE
