I actually made a suggestion on github which may be linked to this :

Currently the dropdown menus that are native to the top-bar component are nice, support submenus, and behave very accessibly and nicely on small screens.

It would be nice if dropdown menus did the same. Maybe, the submenus + small screen code could make it to the dropdown component, and then the top-bar submenus could just be regular dropdowns then, instead of two different sets of components and feature sets ?

This same component could also make a megamenu possible.

The purpose is to make these separate websites benefit from some common visual cues and settings that would be defined in the partials... I guess I could duplicate those of course, but it's less simple to maintain ..

What hybrid, on what page?

on the foundation pages it's the same as you are trying to do.

That's about it yes, not totally separate websites but different applications running in separate subfolders of the webserver root.

I guess I could use separate app.scss and settings files for example?

The breakpoint for the top-bar is 58.75 em according to

http://foundation.zurb.com/develop/download.html

however the small- range starts at 40em ...

you may need to check and update this in your sass or css files

Here is an answer from foundationzurb on twitter :

"sections were deprecated due the difficulty of customization for our client work. Applying on practical experience, the styles were difficult to apply. The new tabs and accordions have nicer markup"

Why not simply use a media query or the provided mixins ?

You're welcome Rafi ! That does indeed clear the things up.

So now instead of small/large grid in F4 4.3, small/medium/large grid in the temporary grid_5.css, we now get 5 sizes, very neat !

Thanks Adam, so this means that the small/medium/large grid breakpoints increased from 640/1024 in F4 to 768/1280 in F5 ?
