At last the penny's dropped!
Thank you very much for your hint.
I found after the "npm run build" command, the following integration in the distribution file (root \ dist \ index.html):

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../..../css/app.css">

I've assumed that i have to use the online Inliner to get out of app.css and html code will be ready for a Newsletter shipping...
so there is no problem with the spacer, if I do not use the online Inliner, Great :-)
Thank you very much

Thanks for your detailed help and effort.
My project is accurate to the version of the You called.
I have now created a new project, and only changed the following file
root \ src \ pages \ index.html

the following code is inserted:
<Spacer size = "160"> </ spacer>
after "npm start" it is root\dist\index.html:

<Table class = "spacer" style = "border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0; padding: 0; text-align: left; vertical-align: top; width: 100%;">
<Tbody>
<Tr style = "padding: 0; text-align: left; vertical-align: top;">
<Td height = "160px" style = "- moz-hyphens: auto; webkit-hyphens: auto; margin: 0; border-collapse: collapse! Important; color: # 0a0a0a; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans! -serif; font-size: 160px; font-weight: normal; hyphens: auto; line-height: 160px; margin: 0; mso-line-height-rule: Exactly; padding: 0; text-align: left; vertical -align: top; word-wrap: break-word; "> & nbsp; </ td>
</ Tr>
</ Tbody>
</ Table>

After Online Tool: http://foundation.zurb.com/emails/inliner-v2.html
this becomes:
<Table class = "spacer" style = "border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0; padding: 0; text-align: left; vertical-align: top; width: 100%;">
<Tbody>
<Tr style = "padding: 0; text-align: left; vertical-align: top;">
<Td height = "160px" style = "- moz-hyphens: auto; webkit-hyphens: auto; margin: 0; border-collapse: collapse! </ Tr>
</ Tbody>
</ Table>

Does anyone have an idea or indication of whether Multiline Text would be possible?
