Hi,
I've made a test ... i uninstalled foundation 6.3.1 from my development machine and fully installed 6.4.1.
I've created a "foundation new" project in 6.4.1 .
Unfortunately, when I copied my files from 6.3.1 project to 6.4.1, my project doesn't work (issues on menu and also for owl.carousel == javasript added module)
Good news, if i launch "foundation watch" under my old 6.3.1 project repository, even  with foundation 6.4.1 installed in my dev machine, my project is still working ... So for the moment I'm going to stay in 6.3.1 rfor production release.
Best regards,
C.

I'm also interested for an answer ...
is it possible to have 2 versions of foundation under the same machine (6.3.1 and 6.4 for example) ? is different installation path is enough ?
Thanks

I'm also interested in the best practice for updating ...
I'm working with 6.3.1 (npm/SASS) and i would like to upgrade to 6.4 ... nothing append when i put "foundation update"
Thanks for a guide

Hi Anselm,

I find a workaround (a quite complicated) ... based on paste/replace on sources
first : I change/replace in all "&" in this site by "&am|p;"
two : i generate the entire site for production ... some extra "&" are inserted :-(
three : I change/replace  all "&" by "&" in source code .. and after  I change/replace in all "&am|p;" in this site by "&"

As you understand I use this workaround only when I generate for production.
It is complicated but with the time, it's quite quite (with a good search/replace tool).

I hope that will be usefull for all ;-)

have a good day !

  • Foundation 6.4.1 - Add JS files

    js6.4.1

Hi all,  Ive installed a clean version of 6.4.1 through the CLI. On previous versions I would add a js file into the js folder and it would be compiled into app.js file, just as the foundation docs outline.   I'm unfamiliar with webpack, but ... (continued)
