Orbit was deprecated after v5.

You will most likely have to switch to a new slider plugin. Zurb recommends a few in that article above. I personally like Slick JS.

On this page, http://foundation.zurb.com/sites/download.html/ you can download Foundation 5. The link is within the light-blue box in the middle of the page, labeled "Previous Versions CSS Downloads". I don't think you can customize the older versions. It should be the full version.

Do you have the proper Meta Viewport tag across your site...on all pages and have you made sure that the image is the proper width based on that viewport size?
