  • Nested pages with Panini

    By Sven

    panini

    I have a prototype with dozens of pages. Half of them use one type of layout, another half uses another layout.  How do I create nested pages? I tried creating subfolders /src/pages/subfolder/subpage but  {{> subfolder/subpage}} does not... (continued)

    Motion UIshake

    How to configure animations? More specifically, i want to reduce shake amplitude while using class="square linear shake“ I’m trying to use it to get attention to error forms, but current shake amplitude is something like 50 pixels. I want something l... (continued)

  • Why doesn’t Yeti Launch do inlining?

    By Sven

    inliner

    Why does Yeti Launch include Foundation for Emails templates, but it does no inlining? I still have to do inlining on web form. That SASS/JS compilation, pages and templates and all that fancy stuff is kind of useless for e-mails (who does multipage e... (continued)

  • How to make menu-bar responsive?

    By Sven

    menu-barResponsive

    Any ideas how to make .menu-bar responsive? I have a vertical menu bar that usually contains less than ten items. But it *might* contain well over 20 items. I can hide it easily for mobile, but any idea how to make it accessible on mobiles?

    background-color

    I’ve been testing Foundation for Apps last weekend to see if I can use it for my next projects. Issue that really puzzles me: if I add background-color to .grid-container, it is visible only in initial viewport. Scrolling a view or resizing browser wi... (continued)

Let’s say I have 15 pages that have top bar and 15 pages that have off-canvas menu on the left (public-facing website and app itself).
How do set up this with Panini? I thought I just create two folders so I can just link into them in my main page template
/src/pages/website/page_n
/src/pages/app/page_n
But it seems Handlebars can’t read all files in a folder.

Hardlink sounds better than copying files, though. Still very hacky solution, though.
Mabye there’s something in Handlebars.js?

Yeah, thanks!
This is how it works:
<ul class="dropdown menu" data-dropdown-menu>
<li {{#ifpage 'competitions'}}class="is-active"{{/ifpage}}>
<a href="competitions.html">Competitions</a>
</li>
<li {{#ifpage 'courses'}}class="is-active"{{/ifpage}}>
<a href="courses.html">Courses</a>
</li>
<li {{#ifpage 'clubs'}}class="is-active"{{/ifpage}}>
<a href="clubs.html">Clubs</a>
</li>
</ul>

Yes, precisely, I’m using shake animation with error messages.

But I’m having trouble using these mixins (not really proficient with SASS yet). Writing

.shake {
    @include mui-animation($intensity 7%);
}

Gives me SASS compilation error :(

A-ha, restarting worked, thanks!

Yeah, thanks, I don’t understand, but it worked :/

Yeah, I target IE 10 and up.

Is panel the recommended way to do it?
