So I removed the extra call for the foundation.min.js and am now also loading it via the CDN.

Still getting the same results.

Any ideas now?

This is killing my dev time.

Thanks for taking a look thought

@Everett Nelson Here is my code for that top nav where I have the modal loaded

<div class="medium-6 columns global-nav">
            <a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>">Home</a>
            <a href="#">Find a Dealer</a>
            <a href="#" data-reveal-id="login">Login</a>
                <div id="login" class="reveal-modal" data-reveal aria-labelledby="modalTitle" aria-hidden="true" role="dialog">
                  <h2 id="modalTitle">Awesome. I have it.</h2>
                  <p class="lead">Your couch.  It is mine.</p>
                  <p>I'm a cool paragraph that lives inside of an even cooler modal. Wins!</p>
                  <a class="close-reveal-modal" aria-label="Close">&#215;</a>
                </div>
            <a href="#" data-dropdown="hover1" data-options="is_hover:true; hover_timeout:50">Account</a>
              <ul id="hover1" class="f-dropdown" data-dropdown-content>
                <li><a href="#">Account Settings</a></li>
                <li><a href="#">My Specs</a></li>
                <li><a href="#">Build a Spec</a></li>

@Rob Bos , that black strip is what im talking about, thats my background image for the whole site that should only be visible on the desktop version, when you shift to tablet and mobile the margins/padding should drop off and it should become a full width site. Just can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it.
