I can get the options to work if I use $(document).foundation('reveal',{animation: 'fade',animation_speed: 1000});
but I had different options based on open and close events. Now they don't work in 5.2.1.

My site was developed using large classes only. I think it would take a long time to update using your suggestion. Probably not ideal but I think that it may be an easier path for me to change the break points.

I guess I mean the medium breakpoints. I only want two versions of the site, one for small devices and all others get the large site.

That helps! Thank you

Thanks Rafi. I will wait and try 5.2.1 this week.

actually I figured out what is going on here. I have a drop down box and each value is pulled from the DB. Some of these values are null in the DB because a user hasn't entered any information yet. I have pattern required on each input, however I only need to validate the option that is selected at the time the form is submitted. Is that possible?

<form data-abide action="" id="edit-my-body" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="action" value="fof_edit_body" />
