I've made it now as follow:

<nav class="top-bar" data-topbar>
    <section class="top-bar-section">  <!-- Right Nav Section -->
       <ul class="right">
            <li class="has-form">
                <a href="#" class="button" onClick="document.getElementById('hcm').style.visibility= 'visible'">Kategorien</a>
            </li>
        <li class="toggle-topbar menu-icon">
            <a href="#"><span>Men&uuml;</span></a>
        </li>
        </ul>
   </section>
</nav>

    <div class="row">
        <div id="hcm" class="large-12 columns" style="visibility: hidden;">
            <ul class="button-group [radius round]">
                <li><a href="#" class="button [secondary alert success]">Button 1</a></li>
                <li><a href="#" class="button [secondary alert success]">Button 2</a></li>
                <li><a href="#" class="button [secondary alert success]">Button 3</a></li>
                <li><a href="#" class="button [secondary alert success]">Button 4</a></li>
            </ul>
      </div>
      <div class="large-12 columns">
          <div class="large-4 medium-4 small-4 columns">
              <p><img src="img/logo100.jpg" /></p>
<!--here is more HTML... :) -->
