you are Right set on your nav links which actually flip the order of the DOM, To fix this I would remove any float properties from the nav links in Default View.Then make them Inline-block.

I realized that the "timer:true/false" parameter was the culprit.Foundation 5 documentation states that this is to toggle only the visibility of the progress bar/timer , setting it to "false" actually completely stops auto-play.

You should be able to change $topbar-dropdown-link-bg to affect the color of the elements inside a dropdown. We've made some changes otherwise that should correct this when you don't have anchors in the dropdown.

in my opinion you can refer to how to make a Hamburger: A menu for mobile websites (http://www.ymc.ch/en/how-to-make-a-hamburger-a-menu-for-mobile-websites)

You can try wrap each tooltip with a ...,

for example:
Javascript
<span class="tooltipWrapper">
<a href="http://www.bokamera.se/Tooltip.aspx#" class="tooltip" style="float:right;margin-left:10px;">
<img src="./Tooltip.aspx_files/help.png" style="border-style:none;">
<span id="Span1">
<img class="callout" src="./Tooltip.aspx_files/callout.gif">
Tooltip two is NOT working fine
</span>
</a>
</span>
