Menu works properly on one page and not another - help?

I'm trying to help someone out with their Foundation site and I can't figure it out either! Blind leading the blind and all that...

Why does the menu look correct on this page:

https://motofaction.org/motorcycles/honda-cx-gl/a-how-remove-front-engine-transmission-cover-cx500-gl500-cx650-gl650/#

...but not this page?

https://motofaction.org/motorcycles/honda-cx-gl/how-many-honda-cx500s-were-made/

The menu code looks identical in either case and the page structure around it also looks identical as far as I can tell... is it the script location? Something else? I'm at a loss!

Uh, to clarify - the issue I am seeing is that the submenus are appearing below the top level menu on page load, making the menu a good bit taller than it ought to be and pretty awful visually. On the page where things appear normal you have to hover or click on the top level menu to get the submenu to appear which is the expected behaviour.

I'm not an expert by any means, but the main difference I see between the pages is the location of your script tags for Foundation. Move the tags in the problem page from the head to the footer (like the working page).
