I don't know why it duplicates the code. but the code is like this

     $(".accordion li > a").click(function() {
          $('html,body').animate({
              scrollTop: $(".is-active").offset().top},
              'slow');
      });

This seems to work great but the off canvas menu is popping out of the screen. Anyone has any solution to this?

Cliff Curtis' solution worked for. Thanks!
